Developers – Complimentary Setup Service
Strata Managers at Whelan Property Group Pty Ltd understand how important it is to setup each new development (Strata Scheme, Community Association, Neighbourhood Assocation) correctly prior to the registration of the scheme. This is one of the reasons we offer complimentary consultancy services for all new strata/stratum and community developments.
A Licensed Strata Manager will work closely with you to undertake the following:
- Preparation of budgets
- Review of sales contract, draft Strata Plan and By-Laws, prior to registration of the strata scheme
- Provide advice on direction on the management of the newly formed management body
- Obtain quotations for hard and soft services - cleaning / gardening / other services
- Obtain building insurance quotations
Upon registration of your scheme, a Licensed Strata/Community Manager at Whelan Property Group Pty Ltd will undertake the following:
- Supply all books and records required for ongoing management
- Open bank accounts
- Undertake all statutory requirements (ABN / GST registration)
- Hold the Inaugural & First Annual General Meeting
We can issue section 109 certificates within 24 hours after registration of the strata scheme (subject to statutory fee).
